These are the kind of cases where a POTUS should say, NO; we will listen to the courts only at the end of all legal proceedings not before.

Last time I looked at the Constitution, the POTUS was Commander-In-Chief, not a district court judge. There also used to be this thing called “separation of powers,” which meant that one branch of government couldn’t interfere in how another branch of government performed its constitutionally authorized business.
