Maybe the FBI, who years ago had an investigation open on Manafort that was NEVER closed, planted George Popadop simply to get Paul Mannafort.
Maybe the Russians, who were connecting to both George and Manafort planted one or both of them.
Maybe the Clinton team, through the Podesta Group planted Lonesome George.
Or maybe Orbis and Chris Steele. Or Fusion GBS directly.
Or maybe Chalupa and the Ukrainians... who was already muttering about Russia in Jan 2016.
That’s the way it looks to me as well. He was brought in to talk about Greece and suddenly he’s all Russia all the time, even though the senior aides aren’t listening and don’t respond. Methinks he was sent in to muddy the waters a bit so that when Hillary’s collusion made it into the public view, they could claim that Trump was just as guilty.
