well, if he wore a wire they could have someone, but from all indications this guy was low level. Maybe he implicates another low level person, but he would not be meeting with Trump or any senior people. Why expose the guy now? No way anyone would talk to him going forward. I still don’t think they have anything. Exposing this guy will shut a lot of people up; if anyone has anything.
I am thinking this is another Scooter Libby thing, they got guy on not telling the truth to the FBI, not anything illegal activity.

Guy was low level but maybe after shopping around persistantly enough he may have arranged this meeting, which Manafort should have known better since he was among many who dissed the idea when Padapolous suggested meetings in March 2016:
