If Sessions wasn’t doing his job Trump would fire him. Getting rid of Sessions doesn’t have the pitfalls of getting rid of Mueller- the press declared Sessions a racistbigothomophobeuseroffoamcupswholeaveshislightsonallthetimehistoiletseatupandgoosestepsinhissleep and they still believe it no matter what they say to bring you down.
Trump is either a smart, great man worthy of trust, or a clown who cannot be trusted to walk a dog- he cannot be both.
If you believe he’s a smart, great and trustworthy president, then why do you think he is a fool when it comes to his AG?
But if Trump’s a fool for appointing Sessions, then why keep an idiot as president so he can screw up some more?
If an AG is doing his job the right way, you won’t see or hear anything until his cases are solid and ready to roll.
That’s what I’m thinking, too.
I agree. Too much noise means they do not have the evidence but want to make a political effect.
A medium level of noise means they are trying to justify their position and what they are doing, but still do not have enough evidence.
No noise at all is not good news for the Democrats. That means they are putting all the sitting ducks in a nice straight line and will hammer them down.
AT least that is what I hope. In the past, that seemed to be the way Attorney Generals would act in cases. Any noise meant they were trying to make themselves look good, even if they did not have a lock tight case. Total silence was the signal just before a huge case. The Gottis got hit with that back in the 90s. Total surprise when Guiliani got them all.
