Mayor Bill de Blasio was projected as the winner Tuesday night for a second term as the chief executive of New York City.
You wanted four more years? You got four more years, de Blasio told supporters in his victory speech Tuesday night.
With 99 percent of the precincts reporting, de Blasio had 66 percent of the vote, compared with 28 percent for his Republican challenger, state Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis.

4 more years of sanctuary terrorism.
Some in Russia want to finally bury Lenin. Perhaps Mayor DeBolshevik can offer up Central Park as a burial site?
Who counted the votes?
Bring in more corruption and violence, caused by the idiots that voted than scumbag back into office. NY is a sanctuary of FOOLS and IDIOTS.
Face it. There are cities and wide areas of the United States that have been overrun by alien migrations that are no longer recognizably American. The “new citizens” vote with the same mindset they had in the sewers they abandoned. Most major urban centers, and states such as Illinois, New York, New Jersey, California and most of the Northeast are beyond political redemption. The “new citizens” form common bond with the Democratic socialists and outnumber decent people.
We are going to have to start throwing certain cities out of the union. I don’t see any other way to stop the spread of the cancer.
The east coast swampers throwing a little hissy fit. NY,NJ and Va. Anyone really surprised?
The fix was in for that beefsteak Nazi, Warren Wilhelm, Jr. (brown on the outside, Red inside). For the moment, Noo Yorick Siddy is kind of foreign territory, and shall remain so until Queens becomes a respectable neighborhood again.
Is it too late to rename the City Hall “Hitlerhauptstadt radhaus”?
NYers are political idiots.
They so hate voting for Republicans that they drive their City into the ground with Democrat mayors, only relenting when all appears beyond repair.
Even then, they need a big-name, milquetoast Republican.
Given that, four more years of DeBlasio probably still won’t be enough to bring them to their senses. Eight years is probably about right.
People usually get the representation they deserve. And man do they deserve that leBozo.
I hate to admit it, but this is why I don’t really react anymore when there’s a terrorist attack in NYC. I think, “Well, they voted for it.”

I think the same thing. “You wanted it, you got it.”
” The new citizens form common bond with the Democratic socialists and outnumber decent people.”
That was the whole idea behind the 65’ immigration act.
They need to get back to David Dinkins levels of street crime before enough of them start using their heads again.
As you flee the city, don't look back, or you'll turn into a pillar of salt. Thanks rktman.
An other 4 years of disaster.
the poor police...
they’ll be looking more like the Chicago force soon..
It gets even worse in this town ... a few days ago the NY Post had an article about some outrage that A**Hole DeBlasio did (or didn't do) in their Queens community, and a resident joked "This might make me vote Republican" ... she stated it as a "joke" ... well, obviously she thought it would be a 'joke' to vote Republican, and just as obviously she would vote for DeBlasio ....
That's exactly the problem with a one-party town such as NYC .. they have no place to go other than to any Dem who is on the ballot ... they vote like a bunch of zombies for any Dem no matter what piece of sh*t that Dem may be ...

So the Mayor travel to a foreign Country and while there blast the Police in America and they citizen in his city re-elect him to a second term as mayor. That is just sad and pathetic!
