Legal question: If you are an officer or employee of a corporation, normally it and it’s insurance company have to defend you from charges arising from work you performed for the company.
If people leave the company before being charged, what happens to this “obligation” to defend them?
Could be part of a plan for Podesta to return now, too, if you want to talk conspiracy. George Webb reported Podesta has been granted immunity, for whatever that’s worth, but it could result in his return if true.
Maybe, but you do realize that would be for the whole court, and not even 1 of them may be related to Mueller's witch hunt grand jury?
Apparently former Trump campaign official James Brower has also now stated that Tony Podesta has been given immunity. Most likely for testimony against Manafort, since Manafort was the one who hired Podesta, not the other way around as was originally claimed by many here.

Liz Crokin, who is somehow managing to be more ridiculous than Alex Jones with her bizarre conspiracy theories, has a new column claiming that Trump and Mueller are working together. In fact, Trump put all of this in motion so that Mueller could indict Hillary Clinton and put her in jail, as he promised during the campaign. Fast forward to May 16, President Trump is now in the White House and meets with Robert Mueller. CNN reported that Trump interviewed him as a potential replacement for fired FBI Director James Comey.
