If they had this info they sat on it as they knew the interim Sen would be rejected. They brought the smears out with this Bernie supporter, 3 times divorcee, drug addict, when Sen. Moore won, and is going up against at Dem..TO the RINOS like Toxic Mitch, RINO FLAKE, LAZY RYAN et al, a Conservative, Christian, Constitutionalist is NOT ACCEPTABLE it will upset their schemes in DC to get FILTHY RICH and stay in POWER.
And Alabaman’s aren’t buying into it.

These tactics have been SOP for dim politicians for centuries! Senator Claude Pepper of Florida spent one campaign mentioning that his opponent's Sister was a THESPIAN at every speaking engagement. Naturally his dim constituents heard LESBIAN since the vast majority had no idea what a THESPIAN is! Throw mud against the wall and see what sticks....

The swamp is fighting us, but I knew it will be hard to drain it. We are going to drain it, but it’ll take a few elections. In 2018, we’ll take some swamp creatures out...

McConnell: What's wrong with having it good for a change? Now they're gonna let us have it good if we just help 'em. They're gonna leave us alone, let us make some money. You can have a little taste of that good life too. Now, I know you want it. Hell, everybody does.
Moore: You'd do it to your own kind.
McConnell: What's the threat? We all sell out every day, might as well be on the winning team.

The authors of the Washington Post article on Moore is very conscious of the problems the paper has with credibility.

This is exactly what it is. Roy Moore versus the swamp led by Mitch McConnell.
