A linear, tight, well-written and persuasive article.
Pretty good article.
Too bad he did not include the mother’s saying that her 52 year old daughter was pressured by the Washington Post reporters to come out with the story.
Very good thought process from this professor. I contend he is absolutely correct as well.
Never Trumpers and drive by media radio talk hosts are having a field day ignoring the fact that all of the accusers were of the age of legal consent. Including the one claiming when 14 years old. For her accusations are the juiciest. Which they gleefully relate and dwell on in a touchy feel-ly manner as if it came off of a police report yesterday. Not as a unsubstantiated recollection from 40 years ago. Because they know these are damaging accusations which will be almost impossible to disprove.
Despite that fact that it has been uncovered that two of his accusers are working for the Perversion Party and that their accusations are false and politically motivated. The drivebys and the nevers media are not reporting this but are mentioning one accuser is a “Republican” but never name the person.
Here is background on two accusers. One works for the perverts that one knows the one who claimed she was 14. But was actually 17 at the time? http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3603606/
Have Republicans ever acted with such speed and unity as they have against Moore.? Truly bizarre. When you’re taking flack...
The Billy Bush Access Hollywood attack was Washington Post, and it was at the start of early voting, 32 days before Election Day, when it was just barely too late to change candidates if we wanted to.
The attack on Judge Moore was Washington Post, and it was at the start of early voting, 32 days before Election Day, 33 days before Election Day, when it was just barely too late to change candidates if we wanted to.
This seems to be a pattern, and a planned attack.
People need to remember this is round 1. Round 2 comes when Moore is elected and both the Democrats and Republicans snub him and marginalize him for the next two years. Round 3 comes in 2020 when Moore is up for reelection and the GOP establishment runs and funds an opponent in the primary. They will do this not only to remove a thorn on McConnell’s side but also because the Democrats will be hammering every Republican senate candidate on where they stand on Moore and women issues, and they will have to have an alternate candidate to support.
Last Night I happened to watch a PBS (American Masters) documentary about the Author J. D. Salinger.
Of course, the author of “Catcher in the Rye”, “Franny and Zooey” and many “New Yorker” short stories was an absolute DARLING of the Left, of the Liberal New York City Intelligentsia, and of the Entire Milieu of Academia, Media, and Hollywood.
The Documentary showed Salinger’s service in WW2, his struggles with PTSD, and his vigorous writing habits.
It also, in a very matter-of-fact and non-judgemental fashion, chronicled his succession of very young women, some as young as 14 - 16, whom he actively pursued and then discarded when they began to bore him.
The women, now mature and still trying to appear tragically “hip”, reminisced about it as if it were the time of their lives, and only showed annoyance at having been dumped for a younger version of themselves.
I could not believe what I was watching, especially when looking at the outrage generated by the allegations against Judge Roy Moore.
I'm one of those who doesn't care for the folks who go for big age differences. A few years ago, I was riding down the beach with a couple other guys in their late '50s and they were ogling all the "young stuff". I told them it didn't seem right for a beat up old codger to be with such a sweet young thing (personal preference, not a dictat) and told Bill to imagine her with Bob and Bob to imagine her with Bill - if that didn't turn them off, there might be something amiss.
I realize that also applies to Trump and his wives but once again, it's just a personal preference...
If people have any degree of common sense and possess even a modicum of an ability to reason, then they’d see these accusations against Judge Roy Moore for what they are: a slimy, political hit piece, strategically placed just ahead of an election, with the purpose of destroying a good man in order to deny his election to the U.S. Senate. Seems crystal clear to me.
We called women like her LIARS and TRAMPS!
