And NOT on that list is "Natural Born Citizen" qualification.

People keep saying that. She was born in the United States of immigrant parents. The idea that a "natural born citizen" must be born on American soil of American parents has never been decided by the Supreme Court of the United States. In fact, the body of case law suggests that birth on American soil alone is sufficient to satisfy the "natural born citizen" requirement. My guess is that the current court, if faced with the prospect of disqualifying the candidate of a major party, would not do it and would find birth on American soil is sufficient.

Keep saying what you believe. But it will not keep her off the ballot or keep her out of the White House.

Moot, moot, moot. Kamala Harris from CA has been walking the walk for months, even though she’s not talking the talk yet. That’s the kind of person they want.

The bucket-list field of presidential hopefuls who want to become president before they die is made up of three people who have at least four things in common.

They all ran for president before; they all lost; they all have written books and gone around the country peddling them; and they are all old.

He forgot one...they're all white. And that's a major crime in today's Democratic Party. There are elements within the party who have openly declared that whites need to step aside. It's going to get much uglier between now and 2020.

Gillibrand currently holds Hillary's former Senate seat. I wouldn't expect her to support her opponent.

Schumer probably wouldn't like it either, but he's in a different district, right?

Don't see Hillary moving to MN even if offered Franken's seat, it's too far out in the sticks.

I might revisit the idea of an independent run - not for winning but for the $$$ she would get for dropping out. Sanders made out good, and I bet Jill Stein made a few bucks too.

“legend has it that, to kill a vampire, you need to subdue it with the shadow of a cross, and then drive a stake through its heart.

And to kill a werewolf, you need to shoot it with a silver bullet.

So the person who told me this joke said, take your pick, which are the Clintons, vampires or werewolves????”

How to deal with a Clinton:

Subdue them with a cross
Nail them to an oak cross
Drive an oak stake through their hearts
Shoot them full of silver bullets in case they are werewolves
Cut off the heads and bash them in case they are zombies
Burn the entire mess
Bury the ashes in the Bonneville salt flats in case they are witches.

FYI Gillibrand's seat is up for grabs in 2018.

If Hillary wants Schumer's seat she would have to wait until 2022 or find some other way to "vacate" it.

I just thought, instead of burying the ashes in the salt flats, might it be safer to launch them into the sun?
Have to take every precaution!
