They are actually looking at prosecution under revenge porn laws in Texas. It’s illegal there, and if ever there was an instance of it, this may well be it.

It seems to me this type of behavior is common in today's trashy environment yet folks seem to forget that people can get pretty vengeful when that "lovin'" feeling disappears.
