If there’s any truth to these rumors, the good news is that we won’t be stuck with Nimrata Haley as Secretary of State. We don’t need a McCain-Graham clone running US foreign policy.
Put in the best candidate who will win in 2024 and continue what Trump started.
We need someone who has no affinity or soul-ties to the 80% unconstitutional portion of the federal government needing to be dismantled. It will take someone who, like Trump, gets up every day ready to do what it takes to get the job done regardless of the heat from the Left and not intimidated by anyone.
I don’t think Pence is that guy. There’s no way an establishment politician has the vision, willingness, or ability to send hundreds of thousands of federal government officials, bureaucratic heads and workers home packing without a job. Yet that is EXACTLY what is needed to restore our Free Constitutional Republic.

This rumor has been going on for a couple months. Tillerson has said it’s fake news on several occasions.
I thought they were considering present CIA director Mike Pompeo to replace Tillerson, with Senator Tom Cotton to replace Pompeo at the CIA.
If this is the case, it is a gamble because there is no guarantee that whoever will replace the eminently capable Senator Cotton ( an immigration hawk ), will be a Republican. It will be a DIRTY fight like the present election in Alabama to replace Jeff Sessions.
I’m betting on Robert Harward. Trump has a thing for former generals and admirals.

President Trump has no excess of support in the Senate, and Tom Cotton is one of the best, particularly with the immnigration reform proposals he's made. Leave him where he is and find a new SofS elsewhere.
