He could do like that Democrat governor in New Jersey who was caught giving a cushy government job to his homo friend.
And resign effective at the end of his term.

To: DadOfFive
He denied it or remembered it differently
From stealing the election to just now. What a POS

“Anybody hear an apology?”
Nope.
He built it up as if there was no reason to resign (and thus no reason to apologize), then he resigned.
And then immediately attacked Trump.
No apology.

“Resign in the future”?
That suggests to me Franken is not actually going to resign.

That guy was done back when he held the Senate gavel and refused to cede 5 minutes of time to a Republican Senator. (Cannot recall who that was.)
That was such a violation of the arcane Senate protocols that his fate was insured then.
Besides that, he lost that 1st election anyhow until they had multiple recounts and then when the Democrats corrected the results, the vote counting ceased.
I could not despise a man more. Well other than Obama & Clinton.

ABC congressional correspondent pointed out he doesn’t believe he did anything that should make him resign. Neither did Trump or Moore.
ABC also talking about nothing but Moore.

I think that photo undoubtedly helped do him in. My point is that he apparently staged it at the time and years later it bit him in the bum. The woman on the photo said he did it to humiliate her. I believe that. Stupid and sleazy thing for him to do in my view. People with judgement that poor should be nowhere near power in the first place.

Franken: There is some irony in the fact that I am leaving while a man who has bragged on tape about his history of sexual assault sits in the Oval Office, and a man who has repeatedly preyed on young girls campaigns for the Senate with the full support of his party.

I’m surprised, that’s usually a good thing in their party. Maybe a change is happening?

That’s Al the US Senator! Amazing how many people accuse others of their own flaws. Projection is esp. common among liberals.
