We already know what Rosenstein is going to do. He’s going to wait until Jan. 15 when the Inspector General’s report has been promised, and then proceed based on information in that report. All the fussing and fuming isn’t going to make anything happen until then.

One thing Rosenstein said that was quite interesting was that he had expected the IG Report to be released already, but it got delayed.

My GUESS: They decided to hold off on releasing this MOAB Report until the Tax Bill is signed into law and Trump gets a week or two to bask in the legislative accomplishment before the indictments of Comey and many other Dims suck out all the oxygen.

Thus, I think the Tax Bill will be a major watershed. I think resolution of the North Korea problem has also possibly been put on HOLD pending the Bill.

There are countless laws which, in a free society, Congress should never have enacted. We do, however, need a law that requires Congress to abolish all of those laws, and that would prohibit it from enacting such laws in the future.
