Sessions under fire from all sides
The Hill ^ | 01/06/18 09:10 PM EST | ALEXANDER BOLTON

Attorney General Jeff Sessions’s job security is in question after taking withering fire from fellow Republicans this week, including from two prominent House conservatives who called on him to resign.

Two leaders of the House Freedom Caucus, Reps. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) and Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), called on Sessions to step aside in an op-ed Friday, charging he has lost control of the Department of Justice and the FBI.

Sessions has also come under criticism from Republicans and Democrats alike for his decision to rescind the Obama-era Cole memo, which gave states the space to legalize marijuana without fear of federal interference.

By withdrawing the memo, Sessions gave federal prosecutors more leeway to pursue cases against the legal marijuana industry, which is expanding rapidly in several states.

Sen. Cory Gardner (R), whose home state of Colorado is host to a booming legal cannabis industry, ripped Sessions on the Senate floor Thursday and accused him of breaking a personal pledge not to change the Obama-era policy.

He serves at the will of the president, not congress, thus his job is not in jeopardy.

Jeff Sessions would have done an acceptable job as AG for Little Yebbie Boosh, but he's as far out of his element with Trump as he can be. Trump is a change agent. Sessions is the antithesis of a change agent. So irrespective of the fact that he's also a weak leader, he needs to go because of his predilection to do little or nothing to move the Trump Agenda forward.

The swamp knows that the wheels are coming off Russiagate. Sessions only recused himself for Russiagate, not the Clinton foundation, or any other stuff. So now they want him out.

Marijuana has its own built-in Trojan horse.

A form of chemical mind control unlike any other drug.

It makes the user behave as though marijuana is a best friend.

As for the anti-Sessions crowd.

Maybe you guys should write a letter to Sessions outlining the timeline you’re allowing for him to prosecute Hillary, and that:

1) if she’s not locked up by the six month deadline you’ll start feeling shaky and sweaty all over

2) if she’s not incarcerated by the twelve month deadline you’ll hold your breath, press your lips together and scream internally while pounding your fists against your sides and stomping your feet

3) if she’s not put away in eighteen months you’ll run outside, fall on the ground and roll off the curb into the ditch and never come back inside

Chemical mind control making the user a slave to marijuana.

“It makes the user behave as though marijuana is a best friend.”

James Taylor, case in point.

Blossom

Blossom, smile some sunshine down my way lately, I’ve been lonesome.
Blossom, it’s been much too long a day, seems my dreams have frozen, melt my cares away.

Send the sunshine down my way whenever you call my name,
I know what you mean to say to me, girl, it’s all the same.

Blossom, there’s any empty road behind, sit you down beside me.
Blossom, there’s a sweet dream on my mind, there’s a song inside me, take these chains away.

Now, send the sunshine down my way whenever you call my name,
I know what you mean to say to me, girl, it’s all the same.

Blossom, smile some sunshine down my way lately, I’ve been lonesome.
Blossom, it’s been much too long a day, seems my dreams have frozen, melt my cares away.
La la la la la la la...

Suite for 20g

Slipping away what can i say
Won’t you stay inside me month of may
And hold on to me golden day, slipping away
Sunshine on my wall
To keep my mind on the things i’m saying
Footsteps in the hall
To tell me i’ve been this way before, nevermore
Let it rain sweet mary jane
Let it wash your love down all around me
Come inside and put it down
Let it rain
I’ve been trying hard to find a way to let you know
That we can make it shine most all the time
This time ‘round i’m searching down to where i used to go
And it’s been on my mind to make it shine
You can say i wanna be free
I can say someday i will be
You can say i wanna be free
I can say someday i will be
When i catch a common cold
Wanna hear a saxophone
When i let the good times roll, baby
Slide me a bass trombone
Walk me down old funky street
Lord knows i feel good enough to eat (now)
Hold my soul. now, i’m sure enough fond of my rock ‘n roll
When i go to sleep at night
Wanna hear a slide guitar
When i’m feeling loose and right
Riding in my automobile
Boney maroney and peggy sue
Got the rocking pneumonia, got the boogey-woogey flu
Baby, hold my soul. said, i’m sure enough fond of my rock ‘n roll
Good god

"..he has lost control of the Department of Justice and the FBI."

Sessions never had control. He was rolled by the bureaucracy from day 0.

Jeff can be knee-capped into quitting: you aren’t allowed to be a senator unless you are knee-cappable. CINC just hasn’t pulled the trigger on him yet, but rest assured he has Jeff’s new nickname all picked out for the morning after the SOTU.

Folks, ask yourselves why Sessions is under fire when just mere months ago, Congress defended him to the hilt and advised Trump not to F with him?

Could it be because he's about to lower the boom on the Deep State, illegal aliens, and the Obamas/Clintons?

Sessions is draining the swamp in his own way, behind the scenes. The marijuana directive is a brilliant chess move against rogue blue states not enforcing immigration laws. We know that Mexican cartels are profiting from the marijuana trade and are being protected by corrupt Dem Governors in CA and CO with their illegal sanctuary policies.

So please, before you go on a tirade against Sessions, remember that patience is a virtue and a good prosecutor like Sessions gets his ducks in a row. You are about to witness the Grand Finale, and it's going to be beautiful.

Amid promises to drain the swamp POTUS appoints one of the oldest swamp creatures to head up DOJ. It’s not bad enough that the new AG immediately recuses himself (clearing the way for the appointment of a Special Prosecutor) but since then has gone out of his way to avoid investigating the known and well documented excesses of the Obama/Clinton cabal. It’s way past time for Sessions to go.

Politically, Trump can’t fire Sessions. Yet. But if the calls for his resignation get loud enough, he’ll hopefully get the message and do the right thing.

He’s awful. Over his head, easily played, responsible for the Mueller witch hunt, and going after weed as a priority.

He needs to resign. Period. But the Senate needs to be prepared to vote for a new, better choice. NOT Rosenstein. That means the calls for his resignation also need to come from the Senate. Or at least, they need to not undermine Trump.

This MF has wasted a year of what may very well be Trumps only term.

Only 10 months to the midterms, if we lose the majority it’s all over in terms of getting Obamacare overturned, a wall, or reversal of the Immigration Act of 1965 back to a quota system.

Looks like Hillary will have the last laugh, Trump should have fired this douchebag the day after that mieskeit Rosenstein appointed Mueller SP.

At this point Trump owns this, it’s do or die time.

Sen Sessions was a senator. Takes a certain skill set to pull that one off.

He enjoyed his position, and was good at it.

There was a mutually agreeable move to AG after the successful campaign.

However, the senator, with the associated skill set, was, and continues to be, a poor choice for the Attorney General of the Unites States.

The President will not pull the plug, because he (may) believes it would show weakness, and less than perfect loyalty.

However, to streamline the MAGA train, all excess baggage needs to be jettisoned, and only qualified personell at the key positions will do.

The President is very reluctant to dismiss if there is demonstrated loyalty.

Sometimes, loyalty is insufficient, and as much as it breaks the heart, replacement is warranted.
