The US IS partly to blame, and that blame can be at least partially laid at the feet of the Clintons, AND all of their privileged elitist supporters in the entertainment industry, the media, and academics. Many of these people, whether they are willing or capable of self-assessing, have contributed to suffering all around the nation and the world through their ideological choices, arrogance, and ignorance.
