Excellent analysis. They are all Communist totalitarian sympathizers, if not outright Communists themselves.

“In Cuba there are no communists in positions of control. “

I just returned from Cuba after a week long trip. It is ludicrous to think, let alone write such nonsense. All Means of Production are owned by the State while only some are licensed to individuals. All labor wages are dictated by the State. The AVERAGE monthly wage is the equivalent of US$21. Maybe that's a couple reasons why refugees are not fleeing to this Worker's Paradise.

***Fidel Castro is not only not a Communist, he is decidedly anti-Communist.”***

I remember Castro saying he was “Not a communist” on the Ed Sullivan Show years ago. A year later he was so close to Nikita Khrushchev you could not have gotten a sheet of paper between them.

Confirmation from a contemporary witness: there was no four days battle or a thousand casualties as a result at Santa Clara. The last hope for the Batista Government was an armored train with 400 soldiers and loaded with armaments that were sent as reinforcements. Colonel Rosell, Batista military chief sold the train and contents to the rebels for a sizable amount of money (some say that like a million pesos) and left on a boat for USA. By January 1, 1959 the garrison has surrendered and against the promised terms the rebels started executing military leaders like Casillas Lumpuy, Rojas, Garcia Olayon and many more; maybe by January 4, they have reached the figure of 1,000 killed but the history of a battle is pure fiction.
