So far all the hoopla is trump centric. I would suggest that from the onset, Trump was a minor character. The major player at first was Jeb Bush. It seems reasonable that early on the FISA monitoring of Jeb was primary. Poor ol loser Jeb has been lost in the shuffle. It is almost certain that Jeb was monitored before trump leaped forward.
It is likely the Jeb monitoring made Hillary so confident
