Adding a question:

Is the legal standard for a renewal the same as for the initial FISA warrant?

The memo seems to imply that they need a new reason for each renewal. Not sure if that entirely makes sense. I.e., if you’re spying on me because you think I’m plotting a terrorist plot and after 90 days I haven’t blown anything up, I don’t magically stop plotting. Maybe the court is looking for something to show that I’m still a threat. Like I’ve moved from buying bomb supplies to testing bombs or something.

What were the dates on all these warrants? These would be interesting and informative.

Based on interviews on Fox Business - they are supposed to be able to produce some results that further their proposition.

We need to see all the FISA Court documents for initial, and subsequent renewals.
