The problem is Blacks on average have an 84 IQ in a world where a 100 is a bare minimum. Since that will not be accepted and dealt with in ways to increase the average intelligence of Blacks, not a damn thing will change.

When Whites are cast as villainous oppressors, who are privileged by depriving all other groups, all negative actions against Whites are viewed as justified.

At that age you want to make a difference and when someone says, “hey, lets do a march”, or protest, or walk or whatever, you want to be a part of something so you go for it.
But my heart was really not into it. It was mainly a way to meet chicks. :)

Parents, relatives, and community teach their own and care for their own. There is nothing wrong with passing on values & value. That’s culture.
Some cultures do this better than others, with commensurate results.
That cultures may, broadly speaking, be visually identified by the genetic expressions of relatives is natural.
Genetics correlates to culture.
The only “privilege” is being born into a more successful culture - a set of choices & behaviors which lead to greater prosperity than other choices & behaviors. Easier to start your blank slate within a successful culture, rather than start in a less successful one and make the transition. All are welcome to join “our” culture’s choices & behaviors, and so be drawn into & produce the shared successes.
Do not expect to scream “that’s not fair! that’s ‘privilege’!”, demand to be treated as one in that culture, continue your own less-flourishing choices & behaviors, and expect to enjoy the same results. The “privilege” is enjoyed by those who opt to live flourishing behavior; demanding into the culture without assimilating, or demanding the culture debilitate itself, only serves to promote evaluation based on genetics as correlating to bad behavior.
On the whole, “white culture” is color blind. We care not about your genetics. We _do_ care about your choices & behavior, welcome your assimilation to what works well, and wish to share what makes all participants thrive more. Attempt to tear us down because of our genetics, as though that will bring success to you, and you will discover - after we try all other forms of accommodation & reconciliation in peace - some of our other choices & behaviors that create & protect success. We really don’t want to “go there”. Join us, don’t fight us.

The truth is, the elites don’t understand that white people aren’t out to get black people; they are just exhausted with them.
They are exhausted by the social pathologies, the violence, the endless complaints, the blind racial solidarity, the bottomless pit of grievances, the excuses, the reflexive animosity.
And for standing up and calling it what it is, they call us “Racists” to shut us up.
Crime statistics are not racist, facts are not racist.
But BLM is. So are the Black Panthers. So is Black History Month. So is BET.

in other words they would have to behave more white... their words, not ours. it is hard to teach those who do not want to learn.

most crimes of black criminals are against black victims, the sentences match the crime in most cases.
• There is a new segregation of blacks in redistricting, which pens blacks within one voting district so that their votes — if not challenged in the first place — do not expand beyond that district to elect many more representative officials. Whites must join the efforts, led by former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, to counteract this unjust segregational redistricting.
the districts were mandated from the federal government, if they are reformed to elect more ethnic representatives, than we are judging not their content of character.
• More than half of all Americans who apply for jobs get them not only because of their qualifications but also because of who they know and their networks. Whites must go out of their way not just for non-discriminating hiring practices, but to be those persons in companies and part of that network that give blacks in practice equal access to jobs.
they have equal access to jobs, education and attitude goes a long way in acquiring those jobs.
• The most segregated morning in America is Sunday morning, when whites and blacks are more apart in their church communities than at any other time of the week. Whites must welcome blacks to their pulpits and go to the places of worship of blacks in order to overcome segregation by religious congregation.

• Whites must show up and be present and protest with blacks in demonstrations such as “Black Lives Matter” — because black lives have not mattered to whites as much as have white lives. Whites should accept black athletes taking the occasion of the national anthem to make visible the injustices they face often daily even as those players honor those who have fought for our freedom.
when black lives matter to blacks living those lives and care enough to teach them not to kill each other over being disrespected, protests will have more meaning.
• Perhaps most of white privilege is for the sake of economic benefit. Whites must look far more clearly and justly at black poverty, its causes and consequences and must put housing, tax and spending measures to the test of whether or not it helps blacks to raise themselves from poverty.
voting democrat has not led an end to poverty... yet they keep doing it.
• Whites must counteract always having the benefit of the doubt by giving the benefit to blacks in our daily relations, in listening to their experiences of discrimination, in attending to their voice in American public life and in legal, economic and educational practices.
i give everyone the benefit of the doubt until there is no doubt left. heaven helps those who help themselves, not to whatever they want to help themselves to.
• Finally, no measure will dent white privilege until whites are changed by real, ongoing, open and fully enjoyed friendships with blacks. All whites must ask themselves how many black friends do I have? How many times have I been in their homes, enjoyed and relaxed with their families and lives, included them in my life? Friendship is the most essential fulcrum for prying loose white privilege.
i have lots of black friends... when i say this, i am branded a racist... friends are made through shared interests, hating who i am is not a shared interest.
