Seriously, I don’t know how the GOP got away with it this long. I live 10 minutes from center city Harrisburg, but my congressional district is this long thin corridor that reaches out from Allentown. It is really bizarre.

Nothing to “get away with.” As long as the district lines contain a similar number of persons and the two VRA (Voting Rights Act) districts in Philadelphia are preserved, the Republicans are free to draw the districts as they see fit. The Democrats took advantage of gerrymandering for eons without interference, but when the GOP draws the lines, all hell breaks loose.

The PA Supremes, a partisan Democrat court, has no standing to order new lines and doesn’t like that the GOP drew lines to (gasp !) elect Republicans and wants the Democrat minority to have a majority of seats. THAT is what should not be gotten away with, period.

Corralling all the scum in a few districts is not “bizarre”. Harriburg and Allentown are full of scum who belong together.

Horsecrap. You must be a shill. Its not bizarre at all when dems do it from time immemorial.

This is a naked power play by the communist democrats to overturn the will of the people. Why now? Already did three elections with the map. Wolf wants a dem map. Impeach him and the court.
