Parkland student Emma Gonzalez––who delivered that impassioned speech yesterday calling out President Trump and the NRA––talked on MSNBC this afternoon about young people taking action in lieu of elected officials actually doing anything.

Gonzalez and Sofie Whitney talked to Alex Witt about the March for Our Lives being set up for next month pressuring lawmakers to actually take action on guns.

People have the power! Power to the people! Right on, baby!

Yeah. You pretend you’re in any way relevant to anything, Emma. Go for it.

By now, it’s obvious that traumatized teenagers have been officially exploited by Democratic politics.

Ms. Gonzalez.

President Trump is absolutely right. If the FBI had done its job instead of chasing after the Democrats' Russia obsession, this tragedy would have been avoided.

Gun control? It was already illegal to Cruz to buy the weapon due to his history. Again, if the authorities had done their jobs, this could have been prevented.

Also keep in mind that the government that you're counting on to keep guns from these monsters has absolutely failed to get drugs off the streets, even after spending over a trillion in its war on drugs. What makes you think they will be any more successful in keeping guns away from the crooks.

I'm sorry for what happened in Florida, but it isn't President Trump's fault.

Well it was certainly easy to find her/it in a crowd.

I bet they just HAD to know she was a good little marxist/liberal.

These kids have been through a traumatic experience. I don’t blame them for lashing out. I blame the adults who exploit them and give them a platform because it fits their agenda.

.....” the best thing for us to do is to ignore her”.....

The students and parents of this school are in mourning....I don’t put a lot into what they’re saying as it’s all quite natural to feel angry, hurt, and lashing out to lay blame for this happening that they could not control.

There will always be bad people in this world as this cold blooded killer who refused to play by the rules...... You can’t wish them away. You can’t pray them away. And you most certainly can’t hope them away.

I do however agree that part of the problem is our tolerance for bad behavior, and unwillingness to intervene.....and even when intervention occurs “laws’ to protect the criminals often let them off for various reasons.

I do not believe anyone could have stopped this shooter....if it weren’t with a Ar-15 it would have been with a set of pistols, or fire, or a knife, or a bomb because his intentions were clear to kill kids that day at that school, planned and carried out.

The shooter who shot those kids is 100% to lay blame.

The La Raza lezzie is an obvious Anytown/Soros-funded activist, as are her 4 demographically-selected co-activists “organizing” the “march on Washington” March 24th. 100% ASTROTURF.
