I’m actually for NO prison time but a sentence of 8-10 years and immediate pribation, followed by immediate deportation with the caveat that if caught trying to sneak back in to the US, regardless of excuse, immediate resumption of sentence without trial or hearing, then deportation !

Currently, we’re spending far too much housing these scammers, only to be hoodwinked into granting them more and more “immigrant rights,” i.e. free stuff like aclu lawyers!

I'd recommend deportation BEFORE the sentence and pay the home country to house the prisoner! We could pay 10 cents on the dollar vs US prison costs.

But I do NOT wish to spend one single penny on feeding, housing, medicating & taking care of them in any way whatsoever.

I would agree, except I don’t want to pay for their upkeep in prison. How about deporting them to a desert island somewhere?
