They really have a difficult time writing accurate stories. What happened was, an Obama administration holdover was livid with Ben Carson dismantling a favorite Democrat program. She was waiting for over a year to get something on him. Ran out of patience, settled for a dining table scandal.

I'm guessing now that ABC has completed this important piece of investigative reporting, they'll be able to move on to the Hillary emails and Uranium One.
Unless, of course, Melania's dress is big news at the Billy Graham funeral.

Hillary misplaced $6B at the State Dept.
But I hear Ben Carson bought an expensive table. Maybe we need Special Counsel to investigate ...

“So I don’t have any problem with a dining room in his office. And, $31k for dining furniture in a govt office is not really that much money.”
Are you daft?

If he takes it with him when he goes, then I’ll have a problem.

That may be, but it’s a good one. 5K is plenty for a dining room set and you can get one for way less at the second hand furniture places.

Maybe the old set was 50 years old. Its not like hes gonna take it home with him when he leaves (unlike the Clintons). Stuff wears out and eventually has to be replaced.
I need to know more. At first glance, $31,000 sounds like a lot for a dining room. I can’t imagine what people would be put off by a shabby HUD dining room.

You mean the fact that less than the normal was spent on Carson?

The swamp is normal.
Trump isn’t about ‘normal.’

Hillary misplaced $6B at the State Dept. Most here won't recall that Ben Carson said that there was half a trillion dollars missing at HUD, when he took office. Why did that not generate a little outrage?

Lying means not telling the truth.
It doesn’t mean the liar knows more than those he’s lying to. It means he knows less.

No, the swamp is lying.
The swamp lies about Carson because their minds can’t function without the handicap.

And the swamp is not normal.
The swamp is abnormal.
Making America great again means making America normal again.
