Eric Holder, former attorney general for President Obama, predicts that special counsel Robert Mueller already has an obstruction of justice case against President Trump and that he is stalling so he can make it as juicy as he can and bring it before a grand jury.
"Well I think that you technically have an obstruction of justice case that already exists," Holder said on "Real Time with Bill Maher" Friday. "I've known Bob Mueller for 20, 30 years. My guess is, he's just trying to make the case as good as he possibly can."
The Mueller investigation has produced several indictments so far. The first came down against former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort and his business associate Rick Gates, who were charged with money laundering and conspiracy against the United States. The next indictments came against former Trump campaign foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos and national security advisor Michael Flynn. Last month, Mueller also charged 13 Russian nationals for interfering in our elections, with a 37-page report detailing how the defendants posed as grassroots political activists advocating for and against Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Three Russian companies, one California man, and one London-based lawyer have also been charged in the Mueller probe.
None of the indictments, however, have charged Trump and his associates of colluding with Russia.
Still, Holder charged that the president has not properly addressed the Russian conspiracy. He has "done nothing to prepare us for what is to come" and he's been "derelict in his duties," the former attorney general maintained.
The scandal may very well derail his re-election efforts, both he and Maher suggested, especially if Democrats start throwing around the word "treason."
The Mueller investigation has been complicated by a controversial memo released by Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee detailing FISA abuses at the FBI. Trump said that the document, which claims that the agency spied on members of his campaign, "vindicates" his team from wrongdoing.

In other words, the Dems plan to use prosecutorial actions as a political weapon. They want to throw around the word “treason”? It’ll boomerang faster than you can say Uranium One.
How very professional of the former AG. Silly me, I didn’t think it was the job of the SP to make things “juicier” but to present the evidence and let a jury decide if it is “juicy” or not.

Mueller has to be leaking or authorizing leaks. You can see the conspiracy against Trump being furthered every day.
As the chief Law Enforcement Officer in the coutry, Trump could charge all conspirators in the Justice Dept and FBI right up to Mueller himself...and Trump should do so now before they "get the drop on him" (so to speak).
If there was anything at all to the "Trump / Russian collusion" theory, it would have leaked to the NY slimes and the compost in a nano-second. Period, full stop. To believe otherwise is to invent a delusional day dream.
Mueuller is simply on a tax-payer funded loch ness fishing expedition.
^^ This of course doesn’t mean that they won’t try to find some process crime to hang around his neck.
He better be ready to dance if that happens because it’s Civil War on. Trump gets kicked out of office, we go to war.

Holder may be the worse of the criminal appointees by the Obama Thugs.
Holder as usual is trying to divert attention to the reality that he helped to set the recent Broward County school shootings.

RUSH: Now, back to the first hour of the program. I asked a question. What would happen if you learned that background checks may not work because the data in the background check system isn’t even there because of policies from the Obama and Holder Department of Justice to equalize racial populations in prison has resulted in many crimes and criminals not being arrested or reported because of the belief that there is a bias in the criminal justice system against minorities?
What if you were to learn that local police departments, sheriff’s offices, and school districts have been awarded grant money from the Obama administration for doing just that: looking the other way when certain crimes have taken place? On purpose, so as to change the racial proportion of the prison population, among many other things?
