They’ve lost nearly 40 seats at this point (statewide). This guy ran an unenthusiastic campaign. Media will tout this as a sign of momentum for the Democrats that they flipped a pro-Trump district that has consistently gone Republican. That’s a fair analysis too. The Dems are very motivated, and I’ve raised alarm at some of the seats they flipped. Part of it is Republicans haven’t turned out, but the reason is why. Are they mad at Trump/GOP or just not motivated (mixture of both)? However, one thing I would point out is, only way they could win is to run a moderate Democrat who isn’t going after Trump. If they ran a Schiff type, they’d lose.

God...yet another potentially close race with a LOSERTARIAN also on the ballot. I wonder if Soros is back-channel supporting these idiots?

Young attractive populist-leaning Democrat vs. an older dowdy GOP Republican. You don’t have to look to Soros to find who to blame for this.

Pulling the usual....They will let Saccone lead...by a bit...then a lot....then they’ll post the heavy Dem districts and kill off Saccone one way or another. It is the Dems MO.

The republicans do not want the majority because they cannot justify what they are doing, tax cuts aside.

Both parties are better out of power.

Any idea where the votes are coming in from? If it’s Alleghany, the deficit is understandable.

Trump takes some of the blame - people agree with his ideas but not the person. We need a better vessel to carry the message - maybe Pence.
