Live by the sword, die by the sword. Just another dead thug.

"Honestly, Siale would give his shirt to anybody if they needed. He was that type.... Yes, obviously in this case, he just wanted to hand the witness a pencil so that they could exchange phone numbers and be friends.

Mamma should be happy and proud!
For the first time in his otherwise worthless life, her son served some purpose on this earth - target practice.

Who in the world was able to gun down the defendant’s entire family?
No security? I thought they had metal detectors and the like.
Who is left to appeal?

Live by the pen, die by the female Marshal. Fixed it for you.

Whoever wrote the headline should not be allowed to live by the pen.

“””She said Siale was close to completing his prison sentence for charges of federal racketeering associated with his ties to a Tongan crip gang. She said he wanted to turn his life around, but he never got that chance. “”””””””
I have heard that before somewhere.

She said he wanted to turn his life around, but he never got that chance. ........Gee, where have we heard that before? I suppose he wanted to turn his life around AFTER he attacked the witness with an ink pen................

This looks like a classic case of excessive force by a female LEO. I seriously doubt most male marshals would have put 4 rounds in him while he was face down and armed only with a pen.

“He’s a good boy. He’s a very good boy,” said his mother.
Hmmm, must have been a case of mistaken identity, as he was also a Tongan Crip gangbanger who was already serving time for some of his previous legal errors. The U.S. Marshall eliminated the threat, efficiently and without regard to skin tone or ethnicity. She reacted, appropriately, to the circumstances the deceased created immediately before he became deceased. Well done.

More like "attack with the pen, die by the bullet" in this case.
Or, "the bullet is mightier than the pen."
I must admit, I am VERY impressed how well Tongan mothers have adapted to the U.S. zeitgeist:
- "...he wanted to turn his life around, but he never got that chance."
- "Mother's Day 2014 and he sent me a scarf."
- "They wouldn't have shot him if he was a white man. If he was white, they would have tackled him, tased, or use that special training that I know they are trained with"
- "As a brown person, it feels like they think, 'Oh, they're dumb. They're poor. They cannot do anything,'"
- "...the media portrayed Siale as a monster."
- "Siale would give his shirt to anybody if they needed. He was that type. His stature was big, but that's just because he had a big heart."
- "He's a good boy. No matter what people think, he's a good boy,"
To: Simon Green
If there is less than zero chance to win on appeal that’s the chance I would give them.

Apparently he thought the pen was mightier than the sword - or a law enforcement glock.
It’s not.
