The so-called “affluenza teen” is set to be released April 2 after serving a 720-day sentence for violating the terms of his probation relating to a 2013 drunken-driving wreck that killed four people.
Ethan Couch, now 20, will be released from the Tarrant County Jail in Fort Worth, Texas, after serving almost two years in jail — 180 days for each of the four victims he killed as a 16-year-old — when his probation was revoked in 2016.
The terms required Couch to abstain from alcohol use, but in 2015 a video appeared online, showing him playing a drinking game at a party, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported. He then skipped out on a scheduled meeting with his probation officer and fled to Mexico with his mother, Tonya Couch.

You are correct. This puke will trip up and find himself back behind bars before too long. The only question is how many more people will be maimed or killed by this piece of trash before he is locked up again.
Or, preferably, gets the needle.
Bet when he gets released, he’ll be back in jail or dead within a year. Just hope no else dies in the process.
Moms life was shattered by her seriously dumb ass decision to help junior flee the country. I see an article from the local media from last November that she was looking at prison time. The article was unclear but it would appear that it was for violation of probation... caught drinking and with a gun while on probation. I dont see any updates after that. Does anyone know what happened to her?

IMHO, Mom made a series of dumb decision. This kid was essentially living in a high end house, unsupervised.
He’ll be free to live his life, but his victims are still dead.

No ... probation for that. He served time for running off to Mexico after getting caught drinking at a party while on probation. Pathetic, eh?
The only thing I have to say is that he ought to get on his knees and thank God that it was not one of my grandchildren that he killed. There are many ways of making an individual wish for his death without fulfilling his request......yet.
