Maybe things are not as dire within the Omnibus designation and protocols but I am still angry and do not trust our Federal Government to spend money outside of military/security but even that money goes to BS.
I also think we need a balanced budget amendment and mandatory time to read everything. I have often heard most reforms are frowned upon by politicians because they say it makes government run slow/accomplishing less. I say, at this point, who cares and I highly doubt it anyway.

This rino jackass is a traitor to everything the party and America stands for. I think you do not understand what the GOP actually stands for. Look at what people DO, not what they say, to know what they stand for. The GOP is not what we wish it would be.

OH YES IT IS! It is exactly what “we” voted for. Every last one of those “pustules” was voted into their chairs by Republican Voters. The GOP is exactly what it is today thanks to the “collective us!”

I fully expect trump to resign soon. He is totally finished. I thought you had balls. :(

So whos going to beat him in 2020 on th R side, Kasich? Rubio (who voted for this bill, btw). Give me a break. As long as he wants to run (and I dont know why he would when the likes of you give up on him the first time he doesnt do exactly what you want) he will win, again.

Rand Paul might, and he’d make a pretty compelling case. He’s not exactly one to stick to the conventional way of doing things, you may have noticed. So, he might well mount a primary challenge.
I haven’t given up on Trump. I’m just saying that if he has many more days like this, he’ll face a serious primary challenger. It’s not a threat (as if this were something I could even control anyway) but just an acknowledgement of reality.

Tom Cotton. He has the character of George Washington.

A vote against even a half hearted one is one hell of a lot better that signing off on this POS.

A sadder commentary cannot be found:
FOUR (4) out of FIFTY actually care about our nation and citizens.
How lame is that?

Yes, I am angry with the repubs. They have no backbone and gave the dims everything they wanted.
I am simply hoping beyond hope that the Omnibus rumor is true.
To: raiderboy
ROFL! Not one of them could have won in 2016. What makes you think any of them can win in 2020?
If your worn-out “This time it’s really the end of Trump” scenario does play out, we are far more likely to get a McConnelesque candidate, who will happily throw the election to the RAT, just like McCain and McRomney did.
That’s probably what you want anyway.

Still the ignorant ass-hat I see - He was set up by Dems and RINOs who all hoped he would veto so they could override and garner talking points to show why America doesn’t want/need a real fighter for the People in the WH.

Yeah, the usual back room game. The Manipulators will make sure they have enough votes to reach their goals before some of the toadies are released to "vote their conscience". Any one of those US Senators could've stopped the vote until there was enough time to read it and make fixes.
We're just pawns in their game.
