This bill was handled like Obamacare-—
You have to sign it to see what is in it.
It was passed overnight & had to be signed by Friday night to keep shutdown from happening.
I would have vetoed it, but then, I am hoping there are things in the bill that Trump can use to his advantage to keep his campaign promises to us.
