There doesn’t seem to be definite proof. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone poisoned that ex-spy just to frame Russia and get people against Russia.
Russia is also fighting the Muslim terrorists and they wanted us to fight them together, but Obama declined.
At this point, I think it is more important to work with Russia and fight the terrorists who want all of dead.
