So, Switzerland has only about 1 private gun for every 4 people. Here in America, we have 1 gun per person, on the average - FOUR times as many at the other country. PLUS, we have WAY more minorities with poor impulse control. So that is an apples to toadstools comparison.

Switzerland is obsessed with getting shooting right. Every year, it holds a shooting contest for kids aged 13 to 17.

If you look at crime stats in America from those of European descent, (excluding hispanics, as they are at least arguably partially of spanish descent) you'll find rates of crime at or lower than any country on the planet.
