This has happened before. In 2001 a woman hit a white guy who got stuck in the windshield. She drove home and parked her car in the garage. She came out and checked on the living guy over the next few days until he died. Here's the story from 2002. Her name is Chante Mallard. (Two guesses!)

Collision blindness. How she could have been unware his body fell through her windshield is beyond me.

Most people would be shocked. A human body weighs nearly as a deer or a moose.

She was simply lucky not to have been killed on impact.
