Great. LOL. We should keep all of this in perspective and remember what has put Facebook in the recent news in the first place. As easy as it is for Facebook to violate the privacy of its users, it's even easier for its users to set up fictitious accounts that provide no value at all -- even NEGATIVE value when you consider the waste of advertising resources for Facebook users who are not the age, race and/or gender they claim to be.

Reminds me of the comical story when Ashley Madison was hacked, and they learned that most of the "women" on the site were actually men. LMAO.

Facebook has done nothing wrong. subscribers freely posted info that became the property of facebook, not of the subscriber.

Zuck didn't get to be a billionaire based on information Facebook subscribers posted on Facebook.

He got to be a billionaire because he scooped up data on members(including the capability to track, spy and record people on cell phones and computers) and everyone who every contacted them and everyone who ever visited a web page with a Facebook symbol on it and sold it to advertisers and third parties (including intelligence services).

Yeah. I assume that, at the end of the day, “they” know who I am and where to find me if they need to.

I’ve divested myself in practically everything, moved to acreage in central KY and am inches from retirement. THe only financial assets I have are tangible (real estate, PM’s equipment, etc.) We buy almost nothing. Heck, we don’t even have health insurance or see doctors. i.e. Hipaa is irrelevant to us. We really don’t even care about our credit score any more (though it’s really high, for obvious reasons).

Other than blatant identity theft, I really don’t know what harm could be done to us by Facebook.

BTW, speaking of health insurance. We had our second healing miracle last week. The last one was 18 years ago. Prayer and laying on of hands in both cases. Healed. Completely.

Zuckerberg Loses Contact Lens During Senate Hearing Revealing Horrifying Lizard Eye!

WASHINGTON, D.C.—During his much-publicized appearance before a bipartisan Senate committee Tuesday, the false, humanlike contact lens Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg had placed over his left eye accidentally fell out, revealing the horrifying yellow lizard eye lying underneath.

“Senator, I don’t have that information with me right now,” the tech billionaire said for the seven hundredth time just before the incident. As he moved to take a drink of water to appear like a real human, who thirsts, the faux human-eye lens fell out of his eye socket and the awful, piercing alien eyeball underneath quickly focused on the Senator questioning him.

As the room full of lawmakers and press collectively gasped, the Senator pointed at Zuckerberg and exclaimed, “Your eye fell out! You’re a … monster!” prompting Zuckerberg to reply monotonously, “Senator, thank you, I will have my team get back to you on that.”
