Sadly, this isn’t true. My son was valedictorian of his class, went to Purdue and earned a Astronautical Engineering degree. My daughter was in the top 5 of her class and went to Purdue, earning a Biomedical Engineering degree. Neither received scholarship money, in spite of trying every avenue available.

The Democrats are absolutely dependent on the black and other minority demographics voting en-mass for their candidates. Trump made significant inroads into that support in the 2016 election, especially in the upper mid-west, so this is all a desperate attempt to buy the back the votes that, lately, didn’t stay bought.
