He got the message. North Korea can’t survive without Chinese support.
So this is what led to the announcement. They don’t have a choice because if they did, they would have continued nuclear testing.

I have often wondered if they provide test services for other countries, including China.

North Korea can’t survive without Chinese support. And PDJT keeps hammering China on the trade deficit. Something will break there as well and I HOPE it is not an agreement for the TPP to be put in place.
