I didn’t realize that Comey was a one man Supreme Court. Yeah, apparently he writes the laws, enforces them, and judges them. And because he broke the law then he can't be held accountable now. Sheesh.

No joke. Comey does not have the authority to make law or reach an interpretation of the law inserting an element that DOES NOT EXIST. Furthermore, a potential defendant does not get to make the law.
The FBI, the agency responsible for protecting classified information, must be fuming because using this standard just about ANY prosecution for mishandling classified information could not be charged.
Bizarro world.
