Schools' culture of tolerance lets students like Nikolas Cruz slide
Fort Lauderdale Sun Sentinel ^ | May 12, 2018 | Megan O'Matz and Scott Travis

roward Schools have grown so tolerant of misbehavior that students like Nikolas Cruz are able to slide by for years without strict punishment for conduct that could be criminal.

The culture of leniency allows children to engage in an endless loop of violations and second chances, creating a system where kids who commit the same offense for the 10th time may be treated like it’s the first, according to records and interviews with people familiar with the process.

Agreed. The slack for criminal behavior is deliberate. If you’re an Eagle Scout who forgot a camp axe in the trunk of your car you will be prosecuted to the full extent and expelled.

One doesn’t even have to talk “punishments” here. Cruz had been in special needs schools and done better, but the air heads wanted to mainstream him again. The liberals actually had an answer that was working — so they quit using it.

There are many children with autism or Asperger’s. Need to go easy on them, because damage can be caused to them by harsh attitudes.

Here’s the complication. Many parents with very spoiled and abusive children now claim that their children are autistic. It’s not that hard for knowledgeable adults to tell the difference.

For one thing, the truly autistic ones are easily frightened by certain kinds of noises, scolding, etc. The mean, spoiled ones aren’t. For another, the autistic ones tend to be bullied by the time they reach puberty or at least show a tendency to avoid violence with others. The spoiled ones tend to be the bullies.

It’s possible to push a sensitive kid into bullying, but it’s usually self defensive and of limited scope.

This is societies problem. When everyone is right, no one is right/ Our society moved away from a definitive right and wrong. Now, under this horrible concept of ‘relativity’, people are no longer willing to call out people who do ‘wrong’ since they can not make a definitive assessment if what the other person is doing is actually ‘wrong’.

And thus, we let people like Cruz slide when they ‘do wrong’ and that ends up allowing major criminal acts to occur when we could have ‘nipped it in the bud’ early on.

Liberals are horrible people and we must stop them from continuing to destroy our society.

WHAT THE MEDIA DON’T WANT YOU TO KNOW
and Florida pols fear law suits if hearings do get held ?
BUT DOES NOT STOP FROM BEING FILED

WERE THE COPS PROHIBITED
FROM BEARING ARMS INSIDE BY SCHOOL AUTHORITIES ???
WERE THEY SO FED UP WITH THE SCHOOL’S LENIENT POLICIES
IT BECAME WHY BOTHER TO GO THERE ?

While such questions raised by the above headline remain to be answered through investigations and hearings conducted by state and federal agencies.Hearings which the media should be demanding be conducted. However the failures of the policies known as PROMISE are being slowly doled out. Which only reported students engaged in criminal activity after a 5th offense. Handled like a boring basketball game with the ball being dribbled all around the court (of public opinion) instead of going for a 3 pointer or a slam dunk.

Instead the nations attention is being diverted and driven by the media’s cable tv alphabet swill mills and regurgitated by the print so called “gate keepers” NY Times, Washington Post all focued on guns and perverting the 2nd amendment. When instead they should be focusing on the examining of failed policies That allowed those 17 murders to occur .The Parkland case, their security system had a dismal record concerning student safety and security that should be brought to public discussion particularly beginning with this school having a so called gun free zone.

If the kid is minority, they will let him slide. Like Cruz. Like Trayvon Martin.

If the kid is white, there is zero tolerance.

Marxist Situationists wanted to create chaos in the culture. Destroy the social order. Promote random acts of violence. Smash the language.

Been that way for over 50 years. Bearing fruit now more than ever.

Even more egregious, Obama monetized Broward's insanely liberal "culture of tolerance."

Broward collected some $53 million federal tax dollars (that we know of--could be more) for letting criminals get away with murder.

As long as the arrest records of minorities were kept low, Obama blanketed Broward with more and more tax dollars.

=========================================

NEED TO KNOW PRONTO

<><> Can Broward account for all of the $53 million of "tolerance" money.

<><> What did they do with it?

<><> it is commonplace for a district Congressman to assist in getting federal monies.

<><> What was Broward resident Cong Debbie Wasserman's Schultz role in this federally funded massacre?

I loved the approach of one of my high school teachers to a classmate who didn’t 5think that there was any absolute truth.

“Is there absolute truth?”
“No.”
“Are you sure?”
“Yes.”
“How sure?”
“I’m sure.”
“Positive?”
“Yes.”
“100 percent?”
“Yes.”
“So, absolutely?”
“Uh...”

Arguing that there is no absolute truth contradicts itself. Because in order for there not to be, you have to be absolutely certain that that is true, in which case you just argued that the view that there is no absolute truth is absolute truth.

SOME things are relative — some things are matters of opinion — and they should not be confused with “the truth” — as many people do. (My opinion is true, and you cannot argue with it.)

OTOH, some things (perhaps not that many, but some) are absolutely true. And we must work from that base.

Yes. Broward is a very liberal county -- one of the three Gore had recounted in 2000. If the cops go inside the school, they might stop the shooter. Then the lefty gun grabbers have nothing to use to achieve their nefarious goals. The left needs a certain level of violence in this country. They are willing to accept a certain level of killing to further his political agenda.

...........

You are so right about that. Falsely claiming autism to hide poor parenting.
