As a US citizen, Congress can (and will!) subpoena Stefan Halper soon as he is “officially outed.”
Watch for direct threats from Burr, Warner, Schiff, Lynch, etc. to the msm to not reveal his name...yes, they’ve already been doing it, but will escalate to defcon 1. This is for all the marbles. The Golden Key.
They have maybe 10 days before his name hits the five o’clock news. Then it’s over.
He’ll rat out Brennan.

Given the lengthy list of arkancides, we're never gonna see the grand jury testimony of any of the bad actors in this coup attempt. Only way to head that off would be wee-hour raids and arrests, keeping them all under guard for their own safety. I'm betting any key arrests results in immediate computer meltdown of all related data in FBI, DNI NSA or wherever databanks exist.
