For as big a traitor, shitbag, and unamerican POS as McCain is, he IS an American citizen, born of American citizen parents in another country where his father was based on military orders. There are millions of Americans who fall into the same category who are full American citizens. McCain is a traitor, but he is a domestic traitor.
