President Trump on Saturday continued his attacks on the special counsel investigation into possible Russian links to his campaign, questioning in a tweet whether officials from Robert Mueller's office or the Justice Department had released letters from Trump's attorneys to the media.
In the tweet Saturday afternoon, the president questioned whether the "witch hunt" investigation against him would "ever end," and demanded investigators look at corruption among Democratic politicians instead.
"There was No Collusion with Russia (except by the Democrats). When will this very expensive Witch Hunt Hoax ever end? So bad for our Country. Is the Special Counsel/Justice Department leaking my lawyers letters to the Fake News Media? Should be looking at Dems corruption instead?" he wrote.
The tweet apparently referred to a New York Times story, published minutes later, that revealed the contents of a confidential 20-page letter Trump's attorneys reportedly sent to Mueller's team earlier this year.

Someone is violating rules of confidentiality.
Enough to discredit Mueller’s fake Russia probe.
That alone demonstrates its governed by partisan motivations, not by a quest for the truth.
It needs to be disbanded.
Sleepy Sessions was unavailable for comment due to nappy time.
A few questions for Special Counsel Mueller. S/C Investigations normally pursue a crime.
<><> What crime are you investigating?
<><> Your job description centered on Russian collusion, what statute in the US code would you use to prosecute collusion?
<><> Your investigative team is composed of highly partisan supporters of Hillary Clinton? Did you seek out independent, non-partisan lawyers?
<><> Russia expert, Fanny Ohr, wife of demoted DOJ official Bruce Ohr, who worked for Fusion GPS on the Steele dossier acquired a short-wave radio license about that time? Did the FBI monitor any of Ohrs electronic communications?
<><> 2016 candidate Hillary Clinton as Secy of State, removed boxes of official documents and destroyed more than 30,000 official emails. Did you know about this?
<><> What was the Loretta Lynch and Bill Clinton meeting about, aside from the usual pleasantries?
<><> The FBI sought to identify and discipline the agent who made the Lynch-Clinton meeting public. Is that official FBI policy.
<><> Former CIA boss John Brennan is making angry statements about Pres Donald Trump. Would you have hired him at the FBI? If so, in what capacity?
<><> When reporters asked you if the FBI had dropped the ball by failing to act, you said, No. I think, given the context of the discussions and the situation that the agents and the analysts were looking at, they took appropriate steps.
<><> Any second thoughts on that?
<><> Given the time and money you have put in, does the the absence of any crime or collusion trouble you?
<><> Are Democrats disappointed in you?
<><> If so, how have they acted against you?
<><> Did you resent it when Cong Schiff who based has his political career on your finding Russian collision called you a little ****?
<><> Can you account for every penny of the $17 million taxpayers were forced to pay for this phony investigation?
I saw reports on this on CNN and ABC that said there was “no evidence!” that the leak was from Mueller’s office. Well, except that it’s a letter from Trump’s lawyer to Mueller’s office. As the lawyers say, it speaks for itself. If you ignore that, then yeah there’s “no evidence”.
Releasing this letter could Trump's subtle way of making it clear to the world that the interview ain't happening.
Mueller is a low life, slimy partisan hack.
He will do anything to justify his waste of taxpayer money, including illegally leaking confidential attorney communication to the fake news media.
I wouldn’t let this man interrogate me or sit down with him for an interview.
When he hasn’t met the high bar of finding a crime committed by the President.
Ummm...
No.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see you defending the Department of “Justice” either.
AGAIN....Trump will be proven right!
Sessions....again.
No need to defend them in this case. The facts stand on their own.
I don’t see the upside for Mueller to leak this letter to the NYT. It makes him look ineffective and weak ... which is why I suspect it might have been leaked from the Trump side. LOL.
I think that if Trump leaked it, he would have said he did, like he did in the recent past.
He is not kind of person that would let Mueller take the rap for something he didn’t actually do.
Everyone else, including Mueller, would do something like that, but not Trump.
Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh..................uh, Don, baby.....
..........Iffen they’ve got it, info—IT’S GONE!
As in ............GONE! OUT THERE!
They will DO anything, SAY anything, MAKE UP anything to “GET” you, or your family, friends, or whatevers.
USE anything.
You are in a FIGHT.
FYI.
Good one.
