The Paul Ryan surrender has been posted a few times already at FR, but this article continues the piling on with the piece of sh*t Burr here in North Carolina.

I've come to the conclusion that -- following the release of the IG report -- if Sessions and Rosenstein don't start the indictment process Trump has to fire them immediately. He has no support in the Senate to continue this process, and little in the House. He needs to take this up on his own and make decisions. He needs to declassify all outstanding documents, fire Sessions and Rosenstein, and leave the spots vacant if the Senate won't approve a successor. The current Associate Attorney General Jesse Panuccio would then step in until successors are approved, if ever. Following this, Mueller needs to be fired too.

Trump really shouldn't wait this out any longer. It's time to take decisive action. I believe that the majority of the American public will understand, and those who won't wouldn't anyway.

Paul Ryan and the “SENATE” intelligence commitee are not breaking with Trump. They are the enemy.

Top Republicans are swamp critters. As much the enemy as the Dems.

Ryan is moving in to the private sector to make a lot of money.

He knows who butters his bread.

I’m sure they all want their campaigns surveilled like this. Never been done in history, FBI & CIA stre totally biased, Democrat administration - But these 3 know it was just fine. And why is Ryan still speaker?

Spot on! Time has proven to Trump, that trying to work within the “system” is a road to defeat!

They want Trump to do that so they can safely impeach him. Impeachment is entirely political, and they have the MSM on thrir side. The swamp is getting nervous... they wat Trump to panic and do something stupid.

The indictments are ready, but sealed. We are all impatient. (TILLIS is a POS, too). But I’m enjoying the signs of fear in Gowdy, etc.

I agree. I would rather have the DOJ empty than filled with corrupt Hillary and Obama apparatchiks or compromised southern-fried rat bastards like Jeff Magoo.

Where does this weasel Burr come from? North Carolina Republicans should be ashamed of this creature; he has done NOTHING to expose the Deep State, defers constantly to the ranking minority member, the sloven Mark Warner, and never speaks up to defend the Trump White House. I would never know the jerk is a Republican, much less Senate Intel Committee Chairman?

Just like I predicted: the Republicans will stretch out the self-pardoning stupidity for as long as possible. First it was Giuliani, then Fox and Friends, then Newt, then Ryan. Now, who is next?

When Trump returns from the summit, it will start up again. Comments will be made on the previous comments, then articles will be based on the comments, and then probably legal treatises, then books. This will be milked for as long as possible.
