As if you needed one more reason to avoid Target after they decided men can use their women's bathrooms and changing areas, they've doubled down on the feel-good virtue-signaling cause du jour that is Pride Month. Yes, it's that wonderful time of year when your Main Street is overrun with floating dildos and guys wearing half-pants and walking other men on leashes to prove that the gay community is just like us proud of themselves or something.
I always thought embracing the vice of "pride" as a motto was risky. It's one of the seven deadly sins, after all. Does anyone say to themselves when they have a baby, gee I hope he/she grows up to be prideful and vain! St. Augustine wrote, "It was pride that turned angels into devils; it is humility that makes men as angels." Embracing "pride" as your motto seems like you're tempting fate, doesn't it? Will the fat-acceptance crowd choose "Gluttony!" for their appreciation month? Maybe those of us with anger issues should grab the month of October for "Wrath Month!" It's sure easier than restraining your darker inclinations. I explode with anger and rage! Celebrate me!
And yet there is an entire month now dedicated to pride and we're all supposed to get on board... or else. PJM's Paula Bolyard wrote a devastating synopsis of what has occurred and what's to come for Christians in this current climate: They're Here, They're Queer, and Now They're Coming for Christians — and for Our Jobs. Brace yourself, for there is no good news. You can't even enjoy a freaking chicken sandwich anymore without betraying your doubleplusungood alliances, you bigot!
And now Target is going to harass you and your kids with rainbow pride displays from here to eternity. (Cue sad kazoo.)

Interesting the author of the article, Megan Fox uses the word ‘eternity’ here. Oh, the irony.
Maybe Megan doesn’t realize, but where these people are spending eternity is quite different from many of us are. They won’t be in a position to harass anybody.

There is nothing in life to be proud about except gender and orientation differences. No one else should be proud of ANYTHING.
This is hard to believe. I will have to go to a Target store and check it out. This has to be fake news.
That Target wasn’t crushed financially is not a good sign for our culture. It means that that women probably don’t care that much about men using their private facilities I guess. No matter how the economy is doing, Target should have been crushed, right?

Red Tribe: just leave us alone and get out of our faces
Blue Tribe: oh, hell no!
Red Tribe: whatever happened to he can’t even run his own life I’ll be darned if he’ll run mine?
Blue Tribe: that was only about your lot trying to limit the sexual and narcotic life choices of our lot.
Red Tribe: so you want government to administer everything that isn’t about getting your jollies? Only that’s forbidden when it comes to common sense regulation?
Blue Tribe: you’re putting words into our mouths.
Red Tribe: then don’t seek to regulate things we consider important enough and leave us alone for a bit.
Blue Tribe: oh, hell no!

The women who shop at Target don't speak English. At least not in Florida. Here, they are all up-and-coming Latinas.
