The attractive nuisance doctrine states that a landowner may be held liable for injuries to children trespassing on the land if the injury is caused by an object on the land that is likely to attract children. The doctrine is designed to protect children who are unable to appreciate the risk posed by the object.
For instance, if you have a pool or trampoline in your backyard and a neighborhood child sneaks in to play and is hurt or killed YOU will be found guilty...even if you are the neighborhood grouch that chases kids away from your lawn.
The way to protect yourself AND the children is to create a barrier.
The USA is an attractive nuisance to immigrants.
The way to protect us AS WELL AS IMMIGRANT CHILDREN is to create a WORKING barrier. In other words, to build a wall.

I agree.
Horses get the same legaleze applied to them. I have No Trespassing signs at every gate. My dog has a sharp eye, and I have had to run off people who were legally walking on the county road, but who had a dog that was NOT on a leash. Told one woman who looked like a 70 y/o hippie in tie-dyed clothes that IF I saw her dog loose again, I would shoot it before she could call it back to her. She laughed. I told her she certainly did NOT understand the laws about livestock & loose dogs, and she could go to the local animal control to verify my words.
We are getting more & more ‘city slickers’ into this valley & they think they can let their dogs roam.
Agree people need to heed the law of the land even if you put up a sign NOT YOURS they thing they can do what they please some peoples last mistake.
