"The (Hawaiian) plaintiffs in this litigation, respondents here, challenged the application of those entry restrictions to certain aliens abroad. A major win for President Trump. The Liberal Justices are howling. They hyperbolically compared the decision to Korematsu v. United States, the decision which allowed FDR to intern Americans who were Japanese. Liberals allows use emotion in response to logic. The majority responded by symbolically overruling Korematsu.
