Yes, go figure . It’s because many of the Hawaiian Hawaiians are merely anti-American sovereignty activists and not mainstream political activists . The Hawaii Democrat Party , once of the fiefdom of primarily Japanese-Americans and the ‘Old Boy Network’ is now becoming subverted by the broader , national , far Left , ‘progressive’ Bernie Sanderistas. The nitwit ‘me-lennials’ here , all across the board eat that stuff right up . Trump hatred is in fashion with all of these young pinheads . They have their blinders on about anything negative or corrupt about Obama/Clinton/Sanders . The would elect a nasty East Coast commie any day , over anyone with a Hawaiian name . I myself would support Hawaiian sovereignty in a heartbeat , if I thought there was a genuine ,qualified , Hawaiian leader that would put the hammer down on all these creepy cynical mainland haole socialist communist Alinskyite progressive . I would be happy to help round up and deport every single one . They infect this state like the plague.
