$5 million is a no-work job with a title for some favored Democrat, and a small staff to give the appearance of doing some work.
In terms of media spending in the NJ market, $5 million is not even a rounding error.

If by "Civic Information," a State's leadership meant a requirement that high schools in the State were required to include a study of
The Declaration of Independence, the
Constitution of the United States. . . , and the 85 Essays of THE FEDERALIST which explained the principles of liberty incorporated in that Constitution, then such a study would be admirable and valuable to the future of the Republic!
Who believes there's a chance that this government action would accomplish that?
