An FBI agent accused of accidentally dropping and firing his gun while dancing at a Denver nightspot, hitting a bystander in the leg, can carry his work weapon again as he considers a possible plea deal.

The other question that deserves an answer is, what was the make of the handgun, and what caused it to fire? Was it not on “safe.” or was it “on safe” and discharged anyway?

In the nypost article about this moron it says he “allegedly” shot his gun. I guess the guy who was “allegedly” shot “allegedly” went to the hospital where he was “allegedly” treated.
