I don’t see what would prevent some guy from Alabama from putting on some Mexican clothing, memorizing a fake Latino accent, and just showing up in San Francisco to register and vote (naturally as a homeless guy).
Is this not illegal? What happens in November when US Reps And Senator are on the ballot? Do the illegals just promise not to vote on that part of the ballot?
