Some states have laws that state that BOTH parties in a recording MUST know a recording is happening. What is the New York Law?
That a dumb thing to record as they didn’t even pay her. It would make sense to record certain conversations to hold people accountable or for legal protection, but there is ZERO logic in recording this.
