Lanny Davis is a lawyer and public relations consultant who is best known for serving as public counsel in the Clinton White House. Earlier this month, Michael Cohen, Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer, hired Davis to represent him. Cohen is under investigation by federal prosecutors for his business dealings, as well as for a payment he made to Stormy Daniels, the porn star who once had a relationship with the president.

Reportedly 2/3’s of Cohen’s communiques with Trump are covered under atty/client privilege.....and have been obscenely grabbed by Mueller.
So why dont lawyers groups, bar groups, state AG’s (most are Republicans), and other stakeholders file suit ......
This huge infringement on attorney-client privilege could happen to them.
I wonder what info the intelligence communities are passing on to Davis? Maybe Davis’s office needs to be raided and all his records confiscated.

They raided his stuff, he hired a lawyer yet I have never seen any crime he has been hit with. I am sure if you raided my home and office you could come up with some kind of crime after the fact. Same with anyone.

Inaccurate, on multiple grounds:
1. Mueller is not investigating Cohen; the Cohen investigation is being run by the regular U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
2. Two-thirds of the documents as to which Cohen asserted attorney-client privilege were found to be privileged, but Cohen asserted privilege on only a tiny fraction of the documents that were seized (about 4,000 doocuments out of nearly 900,000).
3. The prosecutors never saw the privileged documents; they were reviewed first by the Special Master, and only the unprivileged ones were turned over to the prosecutors (who, again, are not Mueller).

The perfect situation for Cohen. If Davis fails then Cohen will sue him for malpractice alleging that he intentionally blew it.
